Hello Parent(s)/Guardian,
I’m excited to share that your senior has been selected to be a Senior Representative for Jennifer’s Photography, LLC! I truly believe they’ll be a wonderful addition to the team. Before your senior can officially join the program, I’ll need your permission as their parent/guardian. Please review and sign this agreement to confirm their participation.
As part of this program, your child will be featured on my social media pages and website. Senior reps are required to represent Jennifer’s Photography, LLC exclusively and may not represent any other photographer (with the exception of family sessions booked separately).
Each senior rep is required to book a Platinum Session at a discounted rate of $300 (regular price: $400). Payment is due at the time of their session — no exceptions. In addition, they’ll receive a FREE 30-minute intro session (valued at $200). A total value of $600 for $300!
I also have plans for group photos and themed shoots throughout the year, which I’d love for them to attend. These are separate from their main senior session and are completely optional but encouraged.
Travel outside city limits will be charged at $0.75/mile (round trip).
Here’s how the Senior Rep Program works:
My mission is not just to take photos but to help seniors feel confident, comfortable, and celebrated. Many start off shy, but by their second session, it’s amazing to see how much they’ve opened up and found their confidence! I’ll also host a few free mini sessions for the rep group to connect and have fun together. These are not mandatory but highly encouraged.
This is a bully-free zone. If a senior rep is reported (with proof) for bullying another member, they will be removed from the group immediately. Parents will be notified, and if their main senior session hasn’t yet taken place, they’ll lose eligibility for the discounted rate.
By signing below, you agree to all the terms listed above and grant permission for your child to participate in the Senior Rep Program and appear on Jennifer’s Photography, LLC’s social media and website.
