SENIOR Rep APPLICATION

Class of 2028 | Limited Spots Available

I've offered Senior Rep Programs in the past, and I'm excited to bring the program back with a fresh approach!

This year, I'm creating a smaller, more intentional Senior Rep. My goal is to create an experience where we get to know one another, create amazing images together, and have a fun senior year along the way.

Because this is a smaller program, spots will be limited and I am looking for seniors who are excited to genuinely participate throughout their senior year.

What is a Senior Rep?

A Senior Rep is a member of my exclusive senior team who represents Jennifer's Photography throughout their senior year.

You'll have opportunities to participate in styled group sessions, meet other seniors, have your images featured on my website and social media, and earn rewards when friends and classmates book with me through your referral.

Most importantly, you'll be part of a fun group of seniors and get to create a variety of images throughout your senior year!

Would You Make a Good Rep?

I'm looking for seniors who are:

  • Friendly, outgoing, and personable
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera
  • Excited to meet and interact with other seniors
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Comfortable communicating through text, email, or social media
  • Excited to participate in group and styled sessions
  • Able to make the Senior Rep Program a priority during their senior year

You do NOT need to live in Columbus to apply!

What I'm Looking For

This program is a commitment, not simply a discounted senior session.

Because I am limiting the number of reps I accept, I want to make sure everyone who joins is able to participate and follow through.

Senior Reps are expected to:

  • Attend the majority of scheduled group/styled sessions.
  • Book their senior session by the required booking deadline.
  • Respond to messages within a reasonable amount of time.
  • Communicate with me when they have a scheduling conflict or cannot attend a session.
  • Represent Jennifer's Photography in a positive and professional manner.
  • Participate in sharing and promoting their experience throughout the year.
  • Follow through with the commitments they make when joining the program.

I completely understand that senior year gets busy! Sports, school activities, jobs, and other commitments are all part of life.

If you already know that your schedule is extremely full and you won't realistically be able to attend most of the group sessions or keep up with communication, that's completely okay this, program may simply not be the right fit for you.

I'd rather have a smaller group of seniors who are genuinely excited to be involved than a large group that doesn't have the time to participate.

Your Senior Session

Senior Reps will receive a special rep-only rate of $400 for my Senior Platinum Session.

Regular session price: $480

Your rep experience will also include opportunities to participate in exclusive styled group sessions throughout the year.

Styled Group Sessions

Throughout the year, I'll plan several fun, styled group sessions exclusively for my Senior Reps.

These may include seasonal shoots, themed sessions, and group photos.

Dates will be announced in advance, and reps are expected to attend the majority of the scheduled sessions.

These group sessions are a big part of what makes the Senior Rep experience special, so please look at your schedule before applying and make sure you can realistically participate.

Referral Rewards

You'll also have the opportunity to earn rewards when friends and classmates book with Jennifer's Photography and identify you as their referral.

There is never any pressure to "sell" photography. If someone asks who took your senior pictures, sharing your experience and recommending Jennifer's Photography is all I'm asking!

01- 05 referrals | 8 total wallet sized prints.

06 – 10 referrals | one banner with your selected photo including 16 wallet sized prints.

11 or more referrals | one album of selected photos of your choice from your senior session, a banner with your selected photo and 24 wallet sized prints.


Communication Matters

One of the most important parts of being a Senior Rep is communication.

I don't expect you to respond instantly, but I do expect you to communicate with me and follow through on the commitments you make.

If you can't attend a session, need to reschedule, or have a question, just let me know!

Repeatedly not responding to messages, missing commitments without communication, or failing to meet the requirements of the program may result in removal from the Senior Rep Program.

How Does It Work?

1. Apply

Complete the Senior Rep application below. Spots are limited, so take your time and tell me why you think you'd be a great fit for the team!

2. Get Accepted

If selected, you'll receive a welcome email with the next steps.

3. Sign the Contract

A parent or legal guardian will need to review and sign the Senior Rep agreement before you officially join the team.

4. Book Your Senior Session

Your senior session must be booked by [INSERT DATE].

5. Join the Team!

Once you're officially part of the team, we'll get started with our first styled session and begin your senior year experience!

A Few Important Details

  • You must be a member of the graduating Class of 2028.
  • A parent or legal guardian must approve and sign the Senior Rep agreement.
  • Senior Reps agree to exclusively promote Jennifer's Photography for their senior portraits during their senior year.
  • Representation or advertising of another senior photographer during the program may result in termination of the rep agreement.
  • Senior Reps are expected to represent Jennifer's Photography in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Senior Rep spots are limited.
